Sona — chat or voice
For you, yes. Sona — our Customer Success Executive — supports every Aboova customer free at aboova.com/support, by chat or voice. The Customer Care System at Stage 4 is different: it deploys that same capability into YOUR business, answering YOUR customers instantly, trained on your operations. Support for you is included; a support workforce for your customers is a system we install.
In your Client Hub, Sona is under “AI Guided Support”.
Book a call
Choose your session and pick a time on the booking page.
Report an issue
When your system is ready, your Client Hub shows “Your system is ready”. Use “Report an issue” there to tell us what needs fixing.
