Free Website Build: As part of the Business and corporate Platform Annual Plan, we offer to build a professional website for your business .Annual Plan: Access to the full Businesses and corporate platform, including hosting, domain connection (first year free), built-in features (CRM, webchat, blogging), and ongoing support. Additional Services: Access to other specialized services like AI Websites, Concierge Services, Custom Website Solutions, E-commerce Websites, Course Platforms, and Web Applications. These may require separate booking or agreement.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Responsibilities and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available on your Businesses and corporate Website. You agree that your content will not:

Be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others. Contain viruses or any other malicious code.

You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

6. Payment and Billing

Annual Plan: The Businesses and corporate Platform Annual Plan is billed annually. Refunds: Your refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which allows for a full refund within 7 days of project delivery. After this 7-day window, no refunds will be issued. Renewals: Your annual plan will automatically renew unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to your Businesses and corporate Website. Businesses and corporate Platform: The Service itself, including its original content (excluding your provided content), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Aboova and its licensors.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, the information, content, materials, or products included thereon. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aboova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
