Yes, and there is no extra charge for doing so. You receive the snapshots included with your plan plus the documentation to install and configure them in your own account. If you start self-configuring and later decide you want help, you can add Done-For-You setup at any point.

Done-For-You is Aboova doing the real implementation work for you: account configuration, integration with your existing tools, knowledge base setup, AI agent configuration, workflow design, and guided onboarding. It runs as three recorded sessions — Technical Setup, Operational Training, and Customer Journey — before you go live, typically within 5–30 days depending on tier and scope.

The snapshots are licensed to you for your own business use while your subscription is active, and you are free to customize them for your brand. They are not sold outright, and cancelling ends your access. If you need a snapshot you can genuinely own, that is custom snapshot development, which Aboova scopes separately.

Yes. Customers move up tiers as their operations mature, and you keep everything you have already configured. If you add Done-For-You at a higher tier, you pay the difference in setup scope. Downgrading is also possible — you keep the infrastructure and operate at the simpler tier.

Once your order is confirmed you receive access to your onboarding portal and your included snapshots. If you added Done-For-You, your guided setup sessions begin immediately and your AI Workforce is typically deployed within 5–30 days, followed by training and ongoing support. If you are configuring the systems yourself, the documentation and support are there from day one.
